Line being drawn on top of symbols on iOS

When adding a line and multiple symbols to the same map, the line is always drawn on top of the symbols on iOS, but on Android, the line is drawn underneath the symbols (see screenshots below).

Is there any way to control the stacking order of lines and symbols? Happy to submit a PR if needed.

@philiplindberg This is probably due to the fact that on Android the line manager is enabled before the symbol manager and vice versa on iOS. I think the order should be the same on both platforms. The "Android way" of drawing symbols above lines seems more natural to me, personally.
A PR fixing this would be great!
Custom stacking orders aren't implemented, yet, but might become available if adding custom annotation managers is supported, see e.g. #188.
