More about countries deleted

I installed the new version 0.42. I read, if I'm not mistaken, that the deleted countries are included. Unfortunately I notice that they are not highlighted in the calculation of the DXCC diploma. Did I misunderstand?

The change that was made for this release was to fix a bug. There was an inconsistentcy between the the summary at the top of the DXCC (it included deleted) and the detailed list below. I made a change to make the top match the detailed with just non-deleted countries.
