Suggest remove unuseful infos about ‘minikube image build’

I find unuseful infos when I use minikube on windows platform. I suggest to remove the info about 'minikube image build'.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. I think @medyagh merged the documentation about the new commands, ahead of the actual command itself: PR #10742

In #10819 (labelled do-not-merge)

But it is more "premature" than "unuseful".

Yeah, now, I know that why i'm confusing about "minikube image build", it is "premature". I hope that PR #10742 will be merged soon, then I glad to use the feature.
