DOCSP-45745 Fix SAML Procedure Title (#580)

NOTE: This is a copy of an older PR that got closed, but had int & ext
approval: #579

Changes the title of step 10 in the [Config Ops Manager for SAML Auth
page](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/ops-manager/current/tutorial/configure-for-saml-authentication/#optional-associate-ldap-groups-with-organization-roles)
from "LDAP" to "SAML".
