LDAP config not load

Current Behavior

Hi,

LDAP Authentication not working, i checked the logs from AD the is no request from netbox. No firewall or other.

the ldap config was not loaded "/etc/netbox/config/ldap/"

I spent some houre banging my head against this same issue. After digging in the repoes, I discovered that the current netbox-container release (3.3.0) is built with django-auth-ldap v5.1. Netbox v4.3.x is built with django v5.2, which is not supported by django-auth-ldap in versions prior to v5.2.
Relevant reference links can be found in my redundant PR. Redundant, because the renovate bot has already had the same change merged into the dev branch.
My guess is LDAP will start working again once the next release is made available. In the meantime, to have working LDAP, we either have to stick with netboxcommunity/netbox:v4.2-3.2.1, or build from dev.
