Validating metadata in document driven mode

Is there a way to validate metadata in document driven mode? Either through schema validation at build time and/or through typescript.

We got several "layouts" for our markdown documents which has several optional metadata fields with both arrays, objects etc which means that there's a good chance of making a mistake.

If there's no way to do this, it would be a pretty good feature to make Nuxt Content better as an alternative to a interactive CMS framework.
