Hi!
I use a lot of web hooks for our repositories, I use API to check web hook delivery status, I make periodic checks.

List deliveries for a repository webhook

I want to be notified immediately of web hook fails - or at least if web hook was called
How can I do it?

You could set up a monitoring service that triggers alerts when a webhook fails. Something like a custom script or third-party tool (e.g., PagerDuty or Datadog) could notify you instantly Apkseeda. Have you tried using webhook retries with status logs.

Use GitHub Actions + Logging
You can create a custom GitHub Action or cron job that:
Monitors webhook status (using GitHub API)
Sends an email, Slack, Discord message, etc. if it finds failed deliveries
Set Up Retries on Your Server Too
Make sure the webhook receiving server retries or logs errors in something like:Discord bots,Slack incoming webhooks
So that if GitHub fails to deliver, you’ll know on your end too.
