I’m also seeing this behavior recently. It seems the user.pullRequests field only returns PRs from owned repos, not contributions to other repos. You might need to query search with type:pr author:username instead. Let me know if this works for you. |

Late in 2024, I was able to use the GraphQL with a PAT that included sufficient read permissions to return pull request data by a user account. The query below is simplified; though, at the time I was pulling back more details on a pull requests. From executing the request, I see in the response header that I am not hitting a rate limit. I also tested this query in an explorer window:

This results 0 results even though I've created well over 50 PRs. Has something changed to no longer allow querying pull requests by user login?
