I've upgraded to Copilot Pro + recently and I am using it a lot - really great product.

I face a limitation, which SIGNIFICANTLY reduces my productivity and efficiency of my work. I use GitHub Copilot Chat in VS Code (primarily 2 modes: ask & agent). The challenge is that when I ask Copilot to create a new file for example, I want to create a new chat to assign it with another task to work at the same time like in background.

I see this feature being extremely useful because while Copilot is working on one task, I don't want to be stopped and wait until it finishes the first task to assign another one (wait for like 3-5 minutes!). At the end of the day, that wasted time on just waiting accumulates for 2-3 hours, which is a lot.

I believe that this feature would supercharge the productivity of many thousands of developers worldwide.
