Thanks for creating this @niltonpimentel02! As I mentioned to you, I think there's value in this. There are things that we put on the todo list for us as admins that don't necessarily need to be done by admins. @django-commons/admins thoughts? |

Hi @tim-schilling @niltonpimentel02 -- I also see value in this, but I see value in the admin meetings remaining private as well (Code of Conduct issues, other sensitive topics that come up infrequently). Would it be acceptable to split the difference? Either by alternating meetings open to the public, or by reserving a portion of each meeting that isn't open to others to provide space for those topics. |

I'm not an admin or in these meetings, but I generally appreciate the value of having closed door conversations when trying to run an organization. The split option is totally fine by me. |

I am on board with @williln's suggestion, leaning towards alternating meetings since I suspect the open meetings will be longer. |

Hi everyone!
I would like to suggest that admin meetings could be open to other people to join as observers... I think that will help those who are interested in joining the project (me hehe) get more context about stuff you admins are doing or discussing.
Thanks! 😁
