Odd shortcut behaviour when pinned to Windows taskbar

Two problematic behaviours related to pinning this program to the Windows taskbar.
If I open up the program from the .exe that I get from the installer, and then pin that to the taskbar, and then proceed to close it, the shortcut breaks. Trying to open it up leads to:
"The element YouTube Music.exe that this shortcut is referring to, has been changed or moved such that this shortcut no longer works as intended. Do you want to delete this shortcut? Yes / No"
Error message in norwegian:

If I make a shortcut, and pin the SHORTCUT to the taskbar and open that, it now opens a seperate instance of the app, and now I have two icons on my taskbar.

I just want one program constantly pinned to my taskbar, and for that pin to work reliably, without opening up another window/icon.
