Began initial work in assisting the lighthouse client, I point out main commits for brevity:

• Compilation corrections (Fix compilation error on eip4844 branch sigp/lighthouse#3692)
• Improving our internal slot-clock testing infra ([Merged by Bors] - Improve testing slot clock to allow manipulation of time in tests sigp/lighthouse#3974)
• Addressing CI issues and port conflicts ([Merged by Bors] - Test failing CI tests due to port conflicts sigp/lighthouse#4134)

Lighthouse Member - March 2023 - Present

Jimmy works as part of the core team working on various elements of the protocol. Along with misc enhancements and spec updates to the lighthouse client, Jimmy is also helping on the 4844 front. Some client-related PRs can be seen here:

• Improved attester balance caching ([Merged by Bors] - Cache target attester balances for unrealized FFG progression calculation sigp/lighthouse#4362)
• Improve head state shuffling an issue resulting from the mainnet instability ([Merged by Bors] - Enshrine head state shuffling in the shuffling_cache sigp/lighthouse#4296)
• Reduce bandwidth over BN <-> VC API ([Merged by Bors] - Reduce bandwidth over the VC<>BN API using dependant roots sigp/lighthouse#4170)
• Fix attestation withdrawals root mismatch ([Merged by Bors] - Fix attestation withdrawals root mismatch sigp/lighthouse#4249)
• Improve client performance via rate limiting backfill sync ([Merged by Bors] - Rate limiting backfill sync sigp/lighthouse#3936)

A significant amount of work is also being done on our deneb branch which we will hopefully merge down soon. (References for work contributed here can be provided if requested).
