Release Candidate 1 Status:
If you have time to test thanks. This new RC removes the test that was failing due to PROJ 9.6.2 returning more accurate bounds. The test was removed as pyproj wasn't actually doing any of the logic.
CI is still running, but PyPI should be updated in the next hour.
