GFq Linear algebra

Many QEC capabilities require some form of linear algebra over $GFq$ for some $q=p^n$ for $p$ a prime. This includes representations and calculation capabilities on:

• $GFq$ elements
• $GFq$ vectors
• $GFq$ matrices
• $GFq$ tensors

More specialize representations should allow for

• Symplectic vectors and matrices over $GFq$

Such representations should be efficient in storage and calculation and allow for suitable scaling.
