refactor: clean up logging style and reduce verbosity

Improved the logging across multiple files:
- Made all log messages use consistent lowercase style
- Removed extraneous '===' prefixes from log messages
- Reduced verbose logging of full request/response data
- Kept important debug information while reducing noise
