OAuth login + content release select box

Two things:

• being able to login through OAuth, but maybe this deserves helpers in the angular-prismicio module (I'll investigate)
• being able to build the selectbox that lists the available refs, but the Api object is not exposed today: Using orderings, pageSize, page, etc. in calls awulder/angular-prismicio#10
