Fix symlink updates when switching configurations

Add src/lsdiff and src/grepdiff to bin_PROGRAMS so that make will
correctly create/update the symlinks when switching between traditional
and scanner-patchfilter configurations.

Previously, after reconfiguring between implementations, running 'make'
would not update the symlinks, leaving them pointing to the wrong target.
