--bs-dropdown-box-shadow is set, but never used.

Should this rule exist?

I suspect this has something to do with whether $enable-shadows was set when bootstrap was compiled. However, wouldn't it be possible to have box-shadow: var(--bs-dropdown-box-shadow);, but just leave --bs-dropdown-box-shadow undefined if $enable-shadows was false? This would allow people who want to use the CSS version (not SASS), to enable shadows at runtime.
