Vue's stance on scoped element registries?

Given that Safari added support for scoped custom elements as of 26.0 and Blink intends to ship.

We will soon have access to scoped element registries. This is a powerful tool for web component authors but it will not be as powerful unless we have framework support. It would be really nice to get a gauge of how Vue views scoped element registries.
