Confirm that SILQGames on LQ example matches Stackelberg LQ Solver in 1 iteration for noisy Stackelberg control input of same horizon. However, a bad initial guess can fail to converge like this one.
LQ Stackelberg Example:
SILQGames with step size of 1, noisy LQ Stackelberg initial controls, max_iters=1
Next steps:
Fix the quadraticization function in CostUtils.jl with this type of fix.
