Implementation Design Considerations

As our site grows in production complexity and in order to allow for future maintenance and development to be possible, we should take into account the following considerations when looking into new infrastructure changes or major website redesigns and functionality rewrites.
- Are the languages/functionality being proposed currently being taught at Cal Poly?
- If not, this implementation/change should be considered more in-depth, and most likely should not be included.
- We don't want future developers to have no idea as to what's going on on the site and having more redesigns too.
