This should for the most part fix the errors that we saw in the live demo. I tried it from a few different angles and it seems to work. Right now the reference values are based on my personal squats and stored in a JSON in kinect.js. This should be replaced with db calls to wherever the reference info is stored. Related to issue ExerciseCheck/electron-enabled-app#35
