Changes:

• switched EB tests to new gemc files generated with t2d constants as in https://clasweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/ccdb/show_request?request=/calibration/dc/time_to_distance/time2dist:0:rga_fall2018_mc:2023-07-26_19-41-26, instead of the non-physical https://clasweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/ccdb/show_request?request=/calibration/dc/time_to_distance/time2dist:0:default:2020-07-03_15-55-26
• fixed issue with electrongammaFT test

Notes:

• requires updating /calibration/dc/time_to_distance/time2dist, /calibration/dc/time_to_distance/t2d_pressure, and /calibration/dc/v2/t2d for run 11 and variation default in CCDB for CI tests to pass
• consequences of the update to CCDB are that:
  • CI will fail for branches/tags with dc2 until these changes are included;
  • CI will fail on branches/tags with dc1.
