Update compat entries for IntervalArithmetic

Summary

This PR consolidates the compat updates from multiple CompatHelper PRs:

• Updates IntervalArithmetic compat to support versions 0.22, 0.23, and 1.0 in lib/DataDrivenLux/Project.toml
• This incorporates changes from PRs CompatHelper: bump compat for IntervalArithmetic to 1 for package DataDrivenLux, (keep existing compat) #555 and CompatHelper: bump compat for IntervalArithmetic to 0.23 for package DataDrivenLux, (keep existing compat) #538

Changes

• Updated IntervalArithmetic = "0.22" to IntervalArithmetic = "0.22, 0.23, 1" in DataDrivenLux

Notes

• ModelingToolkit in docs/Project.toml is already at version 10, so PR CompatHelper: bump compat for ModelingToolkit to 10 for package docs, (keep existing compat) #536 is no longer needed
• Tests have been run locally and pass successfully with the new compat entries

Test Results

✅ Local tests passed for DataDrivenLux with the updated compat entries

This supersedes PRs #555, #538, and #536.
