refactor: Cleanup UI, fix lingering errors, and better config handling

This PR introduces major refactoring changes to the current UI, with the ultimate goal of having it serve as a viable UI for running locally in backup cases, as well as for use on other clusters and alt SVM environments. Changes include, but are not limited to:

• More intuitive redesign of core components
• Fixes for wallet adapter handling
• Better usage of server components vs client components
• Present and more descriptive notifications to outline what's happening, combined with better error handling
• Adds rudimentary gPA fetching of current Squads for a given wallet
• Optionally shows $ value of asset balances if available
• Introduces better handling of transaction listing, and the state of each proposal
• Resolves most if not all lingering hydration errors
• Introduces hooks for strung out logic like form handling
• Changes to the file structure so it's more maintainable
• & more
