This PR contains prompt upgrades which removes several prompts from the pipelines and using a single prompt to make most of the judgements in the initial steps. This makes everything much faster.
Also added a very dynamic tool use prompt which can be used to introduce new tools into the stack without the need to introducing new prompts per tool.
