This PR updates the dependencies to Kubernetes 1.25 and updates to use Go 1.19 and Alpine 3.16 for the container images.
It also updates all other direct dependencies.
Another consideration could be to switch to distroless as the base image for the containers (also mentioned in #7 i see)
