Updated builder for CIMTool 2.3.0

  • Stereotyping for Concrete, Description, etc.
  • Support for multiple namespaces
  • Error handling for invalid / attribute names (e.g. containing whitespace in attribute name)
  • Pint unit support for automatic unit conversion
  • Tested against 2.3.0 Beta with CIM17v40

Updated to XSL3.0 for handling of InverseReference without double association
