Current documentation around the issue does not fully explain the side-effects caused by the problem, and does not sufficiently document the workaround, causing frustration and confusion (e.g. separate read/write resources are created a-la copy/paste + name change, but the issue persists; or even worse - commits appear out of nowhere, resulting from a resource use in a different pipeline which may be defined in a different team).
