This PR adds support for the function list view in notepad++ with NVDA.
It have some issues that were present before:

  • If the scintilla edit window receive the focus manually, the autocomplete feature function won't work. It can be solved if the user go to another window and returns. E.G. press windows key and press it again. Function List view is a good feature of notepad++, that helps to navigate in the code by functions.
  • The user can't jump to an element with children. E.G. A class. I don't know if it can be done with the mouse, but with keyboard this feature don't work.

add support for the function list view. after activate it in the view…

… menu,use control + shift + . to place the focus in the view, use enter to jump to the selected item. Use escape to return to the edit field area.
