Created v7.0.0 release and deleted 7.0.0 documentation from source control.
Created v6.9 release and deleted 6.9 documentation from source control.
Created v6.8 release and deleted 6.8 documentation from source control.
Deleted some miscellaneous pdfs and pngs.

Still more to delete but I'm out of time.


          Remove documentation for release 7.0.
