Home Made Apple Sauce Recipe

### Ingredients

* 6 Braeburn apples, cored, peeled, and cut into chunks
* 1 1/8 cup water
* 3/8 cup white sugar
* 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

### Preparation

Combine all ingredients and simmer on med-high heat for 30 minutes or until apples soften.

Let cool for a few minutes and then mash to the desired consistency.
