Linkage with ROOT requires some fine tuning of the config.cmake file (in order to include the root headers needed by the future dependencies of hk-DataModel)
Since we are using the ToolFrameworkCore docker base image, ROOT won't be there yet. Will enable these after the ToolFrameworkCore upgrade
