Resolve Juno (Atom) Julia installation error on Linux

Julia could not be found. We tried to launch Julia from: julia This path can be changed in the settings.

which julia will probably give /usr/bin/julia, add it in the settings for the julia-client package that uber-juno installs as dependency.
