Fix: Update for Python 3.11.8 and add dependencies

Updated several files to ensure compatibility with Python 3.11.8 and added a requirements.txt for easier setup.

Changes:

• Added requirements.txt to define project dependencies.
• Updated outdated functions in the following files: analyze.py, datasets.py, train_utils.py

This makes the code runnable on modern Python environments.
