Added QWERZ Layout, created Fallback for non-mapped characters, simplified normalizing booleans.

Hey there, great idea for generating everything in google sheets! I did not have a lot of time, and I was not able to figure out how why it is not generating the footnotes for my QWERTZ Layout. But I hope you can use my PR nonetheless! |
