This PR adds small improvements to the object command:

  1. Invalid input now shows a friendly message instead of the Converting to "int" failed for parameter "id". error.
  2. If the command is used in a disallowed channel, the bot deletes the user’s message and replies with a message pointing the user to the correct channel. That channel can be configured using objectset botchannel <channel>.
