若說到「及早並頻繁地驗證」的重要性，有個常見的情境常常會讓我們發生很多與這個概念背道而馳的狀況，那就是「一人團隊」。 - 「major design flaw 」
設計上的重大缺陷

並被告知他必須用完全不同的方式來重新建立這個系統。

先設計好 interface，相關的 code 完成時就會看起來和 prototyping 的時候一模一樣。
簡單說就是先寫測試的意思。

如果可以的話，把正在進行的專案架構描述出來，讓你的夥伴們在這個專案試圖解決的問題上擁有共同的思考脈絡。

shared context 到底是什麼意思？查不太到...

context 是脈絡，shared context 是指我們共同理解一個專案想解決的問題是什麼，團隊間一種相通的思考脈絡。例如我們都知道 Hey 想要透過地點來讓有共同興趣的人能夠湊在一起，所以我看到有個 API 是 near_by_events 的時候會很容易理解它是要幹什麼的。

將...誤解為辦公室政治 - leverage
槓桿效應在這本書裡面是最重要的概念，作者認為人生要有效率，要用槓桿效應來考慮所有的事情，例如應該優先學習能夠加速開發的技術，而不是不斷使用舊有的技術做同樣的事；應該先把時間投資在把每天都要處理的事情自動化，長期下來槓桿效應省下的時間會非常驚人。 - 「Failing to get buy-in from those who understand the domain might mean you’re on the wrong path.」
做某個領域的功能開發卻得不到該領域前輩的認同，代表你選擇的實作方式是錯的。 - 「the conversations will at least surface the issues that others care about and that you should address 」
這對話至少會把其他人在意，並且你應該要注意的問題給標示出來。(假設你決定要處理的話)
