I know and love this new Vala feature, but as you suggested yourself depending on Let's wait some 6-12 months more and then merge this. |

Use new feature of valac 0.21 (0.22): Gtk templates support
Also requires glib 2.37 (2.38) and gtk+-3.0 3.10 so this pull request might not be pulled right now cause of too new library versions.
