Prefix and face (symbolic or index) must match exactly with that which was used to add the route
PDFs are not updated since I do not have a PDF editor

Adds an implementation of the "remove route" command. Arguments are:
Both must match exactly in order for the route to be removed. Documentation and some unit tests were also updated.
Note: PDF docs were not updated because I don't have an editor.
