Hi team 👋

Please don't actually merge this 😛 It's not a bugfix, it's not a chore - it's just my job application, in PR form.

Added emails/hiring/meet-adam.tsx to the demos: an email template that introduces me and sneaks in a few resume highlights (plus a bonus).

Figured this was the best way to say hi, Resend-style!

If you close this, I'll take it as a rejection letter 😆
