Converted the Koala welcome email to Tailwind v4 to simplify styling and match the React Email Tailwind setup. Addresses OSS-246.

  • Refactors
    • Wrapped the component with Tailwind and imported the shared tailwindConfig.
    • Added a koala font family to apps/demo/emails/tailwind.config.ts (using pixelBasedPreset).
    • Replaced inline style objects with Tailwind classes; removed local style constants.
    • Preserved content and layout; updated spacing, colors, and button styles via utilities.
