Refactored the Stripe welcome email to use Tailwind v4 with React Email’s Tailwind wrapper, replacing inline styles with utility classes and adding a Stripe font family. Aligns with Linear OSS-247 and preserves the existing look and behavior.

  • Refactors
    • Wrapped the template in Tailwind with a shared config.
    • Converted all inline style objects to Tailwind utility classes.
    • Added theme.fontFamily.stripe in tailwind.config.ts.
    • Maintained colors, spacing, and layout; no functional changes.
