The text and example output both imply 100 generations here; either the code snippet needs updating to match, or I'm misunderstanding something basic...

Hopefully someone who is more familiar with PPS than I am could comment here... I was initially thinking that maybe there were 100 MCMC analyses of length 10000, but honestly I cannot tell from a brief look at the code. |

Ben's understanding is correct. 10,000 MCMC generations for each of the 100 datasets. |

OK, that makes sense, thanks. I was thrown by the output stopping at generation 100. Perhaps indicating that this output is truncated (per proposed edit) would clarify the expectation? |
