Make the sudo files config more flexible. This makes it possible to align them to the different vendor documentation.
Post-steps for scale-up and scale-out are the same, consolidate the files and make the include generic.
- deleted an unused variable - changed the scale-out vars file name to match the type
- disable Autostart in the HANA profiles
- prepare vars for scale-out support - RedHat: prepare vars dicts for scale-out support

Sharing this as an early preview. I ran out of time to complete it yet, due to my upcoming vacation.
I will fill the gaps when back.
