infinite?, nan? and exact-integer? are all needed in the shim for chicken-4
initial port to chicken 5. Many thanks to Joerg for getting this started.

This pulls several chicken related changes and minor fixes.
The main issue wrt. the SRFI-process: the comparators.tar.gz file was out of date with the source in the comparators directory.
I fixed a minor bug (which should not actually have an effect) which looks like a cut&paste issue as fixed in commit 70c8703.
