Extends pcb_silkscreen_text type with additional knockout text properties for professional PCB labeling. Added properties: - knockout_corner_radius: Rounded corners for knockout backgrounds - knockout_border_width: Border outlines for knockout backgrounds - knockout_color: Custom color override for knockout backgrounds
- Update biome schema to 2.2.4 - Run biome migrate to update configuration - Format all TypeScript files with updated biome configuration - Fix format check CI issue
- Fix biome.json to be compatible with version 1.9.4 - Add proper ignore list for cosmos-export, dist, package.json - Format all TypeScript files to pass CI format check - Tested with exact CI biome version and command
