feat(i18n): add portuguese translation

This PR introduces Portuguese (Brazil) (pt-BR) as an official language. The following changes have been made:

• Added a complete translation.json file for Portuguese (pt-BR) with localized strings for all routes, components, and layouts.
• Updated the i18n.ts file to include Portuguese in the list of supported locales (LOCALES).

Testing:

• Verified that the translations load correctly when switching to the pt-BR locale.
• Checked for consistency and accuracy in the localized strings.
