This should be linked with a Zephyr side (possible the PR that requires this changes).
When PR is OK, we merge here and then you update PR on Zephyr side with new hash and that will be merged them.

NAK, the new PR should bring the HAL change as first commit. You can push all the SPI commits in the #96048 and change the title. This means that when SPI driver is ready to go we merge the HAL, update the Zephyr PR with new hash, and merge the PR in Zephyr.

This is the normal flow to avoid that we replace HAL hash by old ones and avoid to introduce content in the HAL that do not build. Otherwise we need to sync all MCHP work from all BUs to avoid problems.
