Subscribe on Ethernet link down/up events

Our top level application requires to be signaled when the Ethernet link status has been changed (up/down).

So it would be great if we could subscribe on link up and down events.

Is this supported? How can we achieve this running the MeshWired IPv6 / 6LoWPAN (Thread mode) sw stack on a Freescal K64F board.

Unfortunately this is not supported yet, and there is no link information available from the network interfaces. However we are looking into introducing this form of events.
